PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a belt from being detached from a pulley without increasing the traveling resistance of a driving belt stretched between pulleys. SOLUTION: An oscillation preventive device 9 is disposed facing a slack side span S1 of a fan belt 6 stretched between a crank pulley 4 and a fan pulley 5 in a radiator fan driving device 1. This oscillation preventive device 9 is rotatably supported, and has a pair of rotors 93 and 93 disposed at a position not in contact with the fan belt 6 when no large oscillation is generated in the fan belt 6. When a large oscillation is generated in the fan belt 6, the fan belt 6 is brought into contact with the rotors 93 and 93 to prevent any oscillation of more magnitude, and detachment of the fan belt 6 from the pulleys 4 and 5 can be avoided.
