PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify holding of an inner pipe at a bent part of a piping route. SOLUTION: The inner pipe 1 is elastically held in an outer pipe 3 through an inner pipe support 5. In the inner pipe support 5, each of elastic blade pieces 7a is formed by a bending plate spring in an arc and radially projected from an outer circumference of a mounting ring 6, which is fitted on a heat insulating member 2 covering the inner pipe 1, at approximately equal intervals.
