摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Ti-containing high workability ferritic chromium steel sheet whose ridging resistance can effectively be improved without deteriorating its surface properties. SOLUTION: By mass, 0.006 to 0.1% Al and 0.0025 to 0.2% rare earth metals are incorporated into ferritic chromium steel comprising≤0.02% C, 9 to 35% Cr, and 0.05 to 0.5% Ti in the ranges satisfying (%REM)/(%Al)≥0.5 and (%REM)/(%Ti)≥0.05. Also, among inclusions in the steel sheet, the ones with a thickness of≥0.1μm in the sheet thickness direction have a composition comprising≥30% REM oxide and≤30% Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, and the balance Ti oxide with inevitable impurities on the average.
