PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for attracting and conveying a sheet with an electrostatic attracting belt, capable of being exchanged by a user and preventing the damage to bristles of brushes by integrating a power feeding brush and a charge removing brush and setting it so as to being easily removed from the device. SOLUTION: This sheet conveying device and image forming device comprises a conveying belt 21 for conveying a recording medium, an attraction means 6 for making electrostatic attraction of the recording medium to the conveying belt 21 and a power feeding brush 7 formed out of conductive fiber for feeding power to the attraction means 6. As a typical structure, the power feeding brush 7 and the charge removing brush 8 are integrated by being fixed by a case member (an integral-type brush case) 53, and at least one contact part for receiving power and at least one contact part for establishing power ground are formed.
