PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program for performing position detection by measuring a plurality of radio stations or position information transmitted from an antenna or phase difference of PRN codes. SOLUTION: Distances between antenna positions 2a, 2b, 2c and a portable terminal 3 can be obtained from C/T1, C/T2, C/T3 which are calculated by multiplying signal arrival times from the respective antennas by a light velocity. However, times when the signals are transmitted at the positions 2a, 2b, 2c of the antennas cannot be grasped accurately, so that the position of the terminal 3 is detected from a phase difference or a time difference when the terminal 3 receives the position information or the PRN codes transmitted from the antennas 1, 2, 3. The phase difference or the time difference of the position information transmitted from the plurality of radio stations or the antennas or between mutual PRN codes is measured, and their average is also obtained, thereby enabling an improvement in precision of position detection.
