<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately restore a target facility or support its restoration in an occurrence of abnormality by executing the abnormality diagnosis and abnormality sign monitoring of the facility by a database between a power generation and a management system, a facility diagnosis by performance evaluation, and the like at a real time basis. <P>SOLUTION: This operation management system comprises a means for transmitting information for operation state or time-lapse characteristics of equipment from the power generation facility or information direct from an operator of the target power generation facility; a means for processing the information obtained by the above means followed by diagnosing; a means for weighting the degree of abnormality stepwise when the occurrence of abnormality is determined on the basis of the information from the above means; a means for automatically generating abnormality-countermeasure information prepared for every weight (e.g., restoration procedure and process, necessary parts with their stock state, estimation of the cause of abnormality, etc.) and transmitting it to the operation department and operation support department of the power generation facility. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
