<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board cooling device reduced in size and weight and low in cost, which does not comprise a DC power supply of a capacity exceeding the maximum cooling capacity. <P>SOLUTION: The board cooling device using a Peltier element and is able to switch a cooling capacity is configured such that a DC power supply for the Peltier element is constituted by connecting unit DC power supplies 8, 9 in series, and the number of series of the unit DC power supplies 8, 9 connected to the Peltier element can be switched depending on the cooling capacity.
