<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing pickles for preserving salted rice-bran paste without deteriorating flavor of pickles. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing pickles comprises producing vegetables seasoned in salted rice-bran paste by putting vegetables into salted rice-bran paste in a storeroom 5. The apparatus has a rotating blade 9 mixing rice bran and seasoning which are thrown through an input port, a heater 13 and a cooling cycle unit maintaining at given temperature the rice bran paste in the storeroom 5, supplied with a rice bran paste material mixed by the rotating blade 9, a stirring stick 15 stirring the rice bran paste in the storehouse 5, a humidity detecting sensor 22 detecting the humidity of the rice bran paste in the storehouse 5, a water tank 17 supplying water through a supply valve to the rice bran paste in the storehouse 5 and a control device 12 controlling the supply valve of the water tank 17 based on the output of the humidity detecting sensor 22 and the stirring stick 15 to operate at every given time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
