PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a user for driving based on an evaluated result relative to the driving operation technique of the user. SOLUTION: In a car navigation system, roads which are assumed to be difficult to perform the driving operation, are previously registered, and routes which do not pass through the registered road, are calculated in a route calculation step (step S240), and then the routes which do not pass through the registered road, are introduced (in a step S250). In this way, the support is carried out indirectly based on the evaluated result relative to the driving operation technique of the user in the case of selecting a road for guiding the route, and therefore the route is introduced in the route guidance while avoiding the roads difficult for the user to perform his / her driving operation, and the user can drive along the route meeting his / her own driving operation technique.
