PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To three-dimensionally radiograph an image of an object in a simple constitution or to obtain three-dimensional information. SOLUTION: The subject apparatus is provided with an X-ray tube 11, a compression plate 12 to compress the object, a compression plate moving section 22 which displaces the compression plate 12 in the X direction, and a sensor part 14 two-dimensionally detecting the radiation generated by the X-ray tube 11 and transmitted through the compression plate 12 and the object 13. Radiography by the X-ray tube 11 and the sensor part 14 is executed while keeping the object 13 compressed by the compression plate 12 and moving the compression plate 12 in the X direction.
