PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch being simply produceable, excellent in economical efficiency and enabling release of nicotine in an amount continuously controlled over a long time. SOLUTION: The sustained-release patch is composed of a support, an adhesive layer, a porous hollow fiber and a separator. In the patch, (i) a medicine and a low molecular solid substance are contained in a void part of the porous hollow fiber and (ii) the medicine is nicotine and (iii) the low molecular solid substance is solid at a room temperature and has 50-20,000 molecular weight and (iv) the formulation ratio of the medicine to the low molecular solid substance is (2:1) to (1:20).
