摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous information storage device which controls its operation timing by using a synchronizing clock, exhibits improved performance by realizing high efficiency processing and realizes small power consumption characterizing the DRAM. SOLUTION: In the information storage device comprising a plurality of memory cells for storing data by making them accumulate electric charges, and an amplifier for amplifying the electric charges in the memory cells, and using a synchronous clock for input-output timing of the data, the two operations: one being an electric charge take-out operation for taking out the charges from the cells up to the amplifier or a charge accumulating operation for accumulating the electric charges to the memory cells from the amplifier; and the other being an input/output operation of the amplifier from/to an external part of the information storage device are processed by using a single clock of the synchronous clock as the synchronous timing.
