PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transgenic cell manufacturing equipment that can be used in the practical scale of transgenic cell production which are useful for developing regenerative medicine/genome-based drug because the through-put is high and the batch type operations are possible. SOLUTION: A cell suspension 14 is diluted with the culture medium 15 in the mixer 18a of the first solution feeder 3a and sent via the pipe 2a to the transgenic apparatus 1. In the transgenic apparatus 1, the cells flowing through the fine-flow paths 5 are observed with a cell observer to capture individual cells one by one with the cell capturer and inject the gene solution and medicinal solutions through a fine needle 8 into the cells by using a transgenic injector. The cells injected with the transgenic solution are sent through the pipe 2b to the second solution feeder 3b, diluted with the culture medium in the mixer 18b and fed via the pipe 2c to the distributor 4. In the distributor 4, the cell dispersion containing the transgenic cells is distributed into perforated plates or the like every one single cell. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
