PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the owner of a communication terminal to notify the number information to the destination the owner wants to notify or not to notify it to the destination the owner does not want to notify. SOLUTION: The number information change notification system comprises a registration terminal and a central device 3, and notifies a change in number information composed of at least either a telephone number or a mail address of a communication terminal. The center device 3 comprises: a network interface 33 and a telephone line interface 34 which receive a number information change and notification conditions via a communication line; a data recording part 32 which stores the received number information change and the notification conditions; and a control part 31 which controls a notification of the changed number information to a third party's terminal device by referring to the notification conditions stored in the data recording part 32, when number information of the third party's terminal device and the unchanged number information originated by the third party's terminal device are detected.
