COMPOSITION FOR HAIR BLEACHING OR HAIR DYEING

A composition for hair bleaching or hair dyeing which contains amino-denatured silicone, a silicone high-polymer having a degree of number-average polymerization of 1000 or above, a cationic polymer and an oxidant. By treating the hair with the use of the above composition for hair bleaching or hair dyeing, a favorable texture is presented during rinsing and shampooing without damaging the hair. The hair can be uniformly bleached or dyed from the root to the end thereby. Moreover, the hair thus treated shows an excellent color and gloss and, after drying, it shows a favorable texture and moisture retention and can be easily styled. Moreover, these favorable characteristics are sustained over a long time and a high stability is obtained.
