The present invention relates to a tool for managing the preparation of the documents relevant to the police affairs (the "DRPA"). The foregoing tool is comprised of the DRPA generation control module; platform management module; DRPA editing management module; information input/output management module for selectively extracting DRPA data; and DRPA database. The invention provides an efficient computing environment that systematically combines the individual property of the D/B management program and word program according to the special character of generating the DRPA to a portion of the optional information processing device. Accordingly, by using this tool, working-level police officers may easily generate and manage the DRPA only with the simple knowledge required for using a word processing program without the extra education and inconvenience.
