The present invention discloses a medical instrument having an image shooting means, comprising: a prism lens including a plane convex lens to which an image information is incident; a prism filter coupled to a CCD element to which the image information is output; a focusing means shifting between the prism lens and the prism filter to focus the image information; an end portion having an image compensating means arranged therein, the image compensating means including at least one convex and concave lenses between the incident side of the image information of the prism filter and the focusing means; and a body including a shifting means and electronic circuit board and meeting the end portion at an obtuse angle, the shifting means shifting the focusing means, the electronic circuit board converting an electrical signal transmitted from the CCD element to the image information. |
