An endoscope flexible tube (1), wherein a fluororesin tube body (10) is small in diameter and thin in wall thickness to such a degree that it is difficult to maintain the cross sectional shape thereof by itself in the allowable degree of curvature of the flexible tube (1), a braid (20) generally knitted in a tube shape with a plurality of band bodies (21) is covered on the tube body (10), filling adhesive agent (30) is filled into the stitches of the braid (20) and the tube body (10) is stuck to the braid (20) with the filling adhesive agent (30), the filling adhesive agent (30) has an elasticity allowing the deformation of the braid (20) due to bending and an adhesive strength capable of maintaining the state of sticking between the tube body (10) and the braid (20) also when the braid (20) is elastically deformed so that the braid (20) can restrain the cross sectional deformation of the tube body (10), whereby the allowable degree of curvature of the flexible tube (1) can be increased.
