An anti-theft case for recorded medium, the case including: a case body having a first section and a second section hinged to said first section, and a locking member securable to the case body for preventing separation of the first and second sections of the case body; wherein the locking member includes at least one locking mechanism completely locatable within the case body when the locking member is secured thereto, the locking mechanism engaging the first and second sections of the case body when the locking member is secured thereto, to thereby prevent opening of the case.
