<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical interconnection circuit, an electro-optic apparatus and an electronic equipment which increase the signal transfer rate and can be easily and finely manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: The circuit includes: an optical waveguide 30 comprising an optical waveguide material disposed on a substrate 10; at least two minute tile-like elements 21, 21' having light emitting functions which emit at least two kinds of light with different wavelengths; and at least one minute tile-like element 22, 22' as a light receiving element which receives the light propagating through the optical waveguide 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
