摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain injectable polysaccharide which promotes engraftment, in particular, contributes to construction of muscle and cartilage tissue, and repairs defects such as reflux and incontinence.

SOLUTION: A method includes a process of combining a biodegradable biocompatible hydrogel solution with isolated cells and a process of implanting the combined solution into an animal when a tissue is implanted into the animal.
