<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a database system capable of setting the disclosure range of merchandise information for each registered user, and dynamically limiting the reference range of merchandise or raw material data by collating the conditions of merchandise or raw material data with disclosure conditions set in a browser, and setting even reference data items for each user. <P>SOLUTION: This database system is provided to define disclosure range setting information for each of registered users or each of the groups of registered users, and to store it in a server device side.
