<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed for nursing care with which the abdominal area is not pressurized in spite of a roll in a back bottom, and the hip position of a patient is not moved in the direction of the legs. <P>SOLUTION: In the bed for the nursing care, the back bottom 2 is attached to a base 1 so as to be freely inclinable, and an open part 6 is formed under the back bottom 1. It is favorable that the base includes a reception member corresponding to the open part of the back bottom. Thus, when the hips of the patient fall from the open part 6 when the back bottom is inclined upward, the angles of spine and pelvis are substantially fixed regardless of the angle of the back bottom.
