摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering a solvent of a low boiling point efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: In the method, after the solvent is adsorbed on an adsorbent packed in adsorption tanks 1a and 1b, the adsorption tanks are evacuated to 2.6 kPa or below, the mixed gas of water vapor with the solvent desorbed from the adsorbent by supplying the water vapor into the adsorption tanks is cooled and condensed by a condenser 3, and an uncondensed gas comprising the water vapor and the solvent left after condensation is condensed by being pressurized by a compressor 5 and cooled by a cooler 7, so that the solvent is liquefied and recovered. The boiling point of the solvent is regulated to 10°C or below. The pressure at the pressurization of the mixed gas of the solvent with the water vapor is preferably regulated to at least 0.5 MPa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p>
