<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of radiation of an electromagnetic wave of a portable communication device, such as a portable telephone, equipped with a laminated soft magnetism sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet member 20 is obtained by laminating a second laminated body 13 made up of a conductive layer 14 and an insulating layer 15 onto a first laminated body, in which an insulating layer 11 and a soft magnetism metallic layer 12 are laminated alternately. By arranging the side of the conductive layer 14 formed in the portable telephone machine is turned to the user's side when the portable telephone machine is used, the efficiency of radiation of the electromagnetic wave can be more expected.
