<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a degree of freedom for selection of a liquid temperature sensor and a heat transfer element, and to enhance a degree of freedom for design. <P>SOLUTION: This thermal flowmeter having the liquid temperature sensor and the heat transfer element provided in a pipe formed of a synthetic resin member to measure a flow rate of a measuring fluid is provided with a heat transfer element temperature setting means for computing a heat transfer element temperature imparted to the heat transfer element based on a temperature measured by the liquid temperature sensor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
