PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correlator device suitable for the high speed operation of a circuit, low power consumption and miniaturization for digital-outputting the results of the sum of product operation of a digital code for weighting and an input analog signal. SOLUTION: The number of generation of charge signal packets of a charge generating means for generating charge signal packets with charge quantity proportional to an analog input voltage is controlled by a charge generation control means for controlling the number of charge packets to be generated corresponding to time-sequential digital codes for reference, and charge quantity or electric quantity being the correlation output of an input analog signal obtained by storing this in a charge storing means and the digital codes is A/D converted and outputted by a correlating AD converter.
