PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the transmission method of a transmitter capable of making a receiver specify the type of a transmitter at the origin of transmission. SOLUTION: A data format 60 is set with a transmitter type identification bit 63 for storing data for identifying the type of a transmitter. Then, the transmitter type identification bit 63 is stored with data indicating a transmitter for wirelessly transmitting data indicating tire conditions or the transmitter of a keyless entry system. Thus, a receiver is able to analyze the transmitter type identification bit 63, and to judge which transmitter has wirelessly transmitted the data.
