PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine more clearly the cause of an accident and where the responsibility lies; and to grasp positional information on a stolen car. SOLUTION: A digital camera is loaded on and connected to a vehicle with the information terminal of a car information service system employing a high-speed radio communications network mounted thereon. Digital processing is applied to the picture of an operating state to transfer the picture to an information service center.
