PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly share, transfer, verify, and convert information at each process and each section in designing, and to easily develop drawing information, integration information, and estimation information based on the information. SOLUTION: Design request information (24) is created and updated from design models (21-23). The design request information (24) is information which adds priority qualification information of a section to design information at each section designing the design information, and it is requested from each section. A client installed at each section is connected to a server computer via an electronic communication line such as a LAN. When the design model is created or updated at each client, the design model information is automatically transmitted to the server, and is registered or updated in a design request information DB.
