PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a mesh for a three-dimensional analysis for enhancing analytical accuracy to a complicated-shaped analytical object. SOLUTION: A central processing unit 1 forms a surface mesh by elementally dividing the surface of the analytical object by a triangular or quadrangular element, and calculates a plate thickness from the element of the surface of the formed analytical object or CAD data, and forming an pentahedral element or a hexahedral element by pushing out the triangular element or a tetrahedral element of the surface of the analytical object a plurality of times (Step S1 to Step S4).
