PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a conventional space diversity in-phase adder circuit has a difficulty of taking a sufficient distance between the antenna of a main receiver and the antenna of a sub receiver subjected to in-phase adding because of the attenuation in a cable for a LOCAL signal between the receivers although it is required to make the antennas apart from each other in order to make countermeasures against fading advantageous. SOLUTION: A LOCAL frequency is multiplied by a multiple of n by using a 1/n frequency of the substantially required frequency just before the LOCAL frequency is mixed down from the RF band into the IF band to reduce the attenuation of the LOCAL signal through the cable. Thus, restriction imposed on the distance between the antenna of the main receiver and the antenna of the sub receiver is reduced to make countermeasures against fading advantageous.
