PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film which is free from deterioration of haze, when made into a bag body, after a high-temperature sterilizing treatment and has an excellent bag falling resistance and makes the occurrence of pin hole less likely. SOLUTION: At least one layer (B layer) composed of a linear low density polyethylene resin having a melting point of 123 to 133°C and a Vicat softening point of 90 to 130°C is laminated on at least one face of a layer (A layer) composed of an alicyclic structure-containing polymer resin having a repeating unit containing an alicyclic structure and a glass transition temperature of 60°C or more.
