PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tool holder, a collet, and an engaging member capable of stopping the tool turning certainly and performing a precise processing with a tool grasped. SOLUTION: The tool holder 1 is to grasp a cutter 10 as a tool having a turn stopping part 12 through the collet 20 and is equipped with a tool holder body 31 to accommodate the collet 20 and grasp and the engaging member 32 having a first engagement part 41 to engage the turn stopping part 12 and engaged with the collet 20 and a second engagement part 42 engaged with the tool holder body 31.
