PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe 17 in which an appropriate bending position is easily obtained. SOLUTION: The shoe is composed of a shoe body 1, a shank 3 and one, two or more shanks of which the length is different from that of the shank 3. The shoe body 1 is composed of an upper 5 and a sole 7, and the sole 7 is composed of an insole 9, a midsole 11 and an outsole 13. An arrangement part 15 is then formed on the outsole 13, and the arrangement part 15 is recessed from a lower surface of the outsole 13. Besides, the shank 3 is fitted into the arrangement part 15 and fixed to the arrangement part 15. Further, the bending position of the sole 7 is close to the front end of the shank 3 and the shanks of the different length are arranged to adjust the bending position.
