PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent useless power consumption of boiling hot water at a high temperature again by not performing heating in the case that water is not practically supplied since only a very little amount of water is left in a water supply container even when a water supply operation is performed, in a constitution provided with a boiling container and the water supply container. SOLUTION: When the hot water in the boiling container 1 is kept hot by a heater 3, in the case of supplying water in the water supply container 8 to the boiling container 1 by a water supply means 9, boiling by a main heater 2 is not performed until it is detected that a hot water temperature inside the boiling container 1 becomes lower than a temperature adjustment range by a temperature detection means 11.
