PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace only an operation body having a prescribed shape part to be engaged by manufacturing the operation body engaged with a specified opening and closing holder independently of a locking hook, and detachably providing the operation body on the locking hook. SOLUTION: A locking device for a cover body is provided with a device body fixed on the cover body openably blocking an opening part formed on a receiving frame side; and the locking hook provided position of which can be changed to a locking position regulating opening of the cover body by engaging the device body with a receiving frame, and an unlocking position allowing opening of the cover body by unlocking engagement from the receiving frame. The operation body cannot relatively rotate and is detachably provided on the device body. The operation body is provided with an engaged part engaged with relative rotation impossibility with an engaging part of an opening and closing operation holder inserted in the device body.
