A chimaeric molecule comprising a therapeutic agent and a chemokine receptor molecule or portion thereof. The therapeutic agent may be a cytokine or chemokine. The therapeutic agent may act on a cell, tissue or organ in which the ligand for the chemokine receptor molecule may naturally be found. The therapeutic agent may be IL-7 and the chemokine receptor CCR9 A chimaeric molecule comprising IL-7 and a targeting moiety for targeting the IL-7 to a tissue in which T cell proliferation and/or development can occur. The targeting moiety may be the chemokine receptor CCR9 or a portion thereof.
