PURPOSE: A titanium precision injection molding method is provided to manufacture materials for aerospace and automobile parts, cases for electronic appliances and materials for various living goods, and a porous titanium material manufactured by the method is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing titanium injected preform comprises the processes of synthesizing a powder mixture in which titanium, polypropylene and polyethylene glycol are mixed in a mixing ratio of 45-60:25-30:25-40 using a double cone type mixer; and extruding the synthesized material to a speed of 200 to 500 rpm at a temperature of 150 to 200 deg.C to manufacture a preform that is an injection material. The method for manufacturing titanium injection sintered body comprises the processes of injection molding a preform that is an injection material at a temperature of 170 to 230 deg.C using an ordinary injection machine; extracting polyethylene glycol from the injection molded preform using alcohol as a solvent for extracting polyethylene glycol with extraction time being varied at a temperature of 50 to 80 deg.C; removing polypropylene by pyrolyzing the polyethylene glycol extracted preform; and manufacturing completely pure titanium by sintering the polypropylene removed preform at a temperature of 1,200 to 1,250 deg.C for 30 to 180 minutes as removing hydrogen from the pyrolyzed preform using a rotary pump at a vacuum atmosphere.
