<p>An exercise apparatus comprises a cranked bar, weights a base and a weight guide. Each end of the cranked bar is attached to a set of weights held on a guide post. Holes in the post match up with a hole in the end of the bar, and the length of the bar may be adjusted by inserting a pin through the bar and the guide post. A second guide post is attached to a base just in front of the weights. One end of a length of box section metal is attached to the base of the weights stand: the other end is attached to a pivotal bearing which slips over the guide post and limits any sideways movement of the weights.</p> |
