PURPOSE: A component for fishing reel with one-touched removable spool is provided to prevent the error of the montage of an operating member and a fixing spring. CONSTITUTION: The fishing reel includes: a tapered surface(8a), formed in and tapered towards the front end; and an annular groove, arranged nearer to the inner side than the tapered surface(8a); and also a member, which is removed in a one-touched manner. The member for the fishing reel includes; a penetrated portion of an axial member; a component body, having a circular mounting space; a pair of fixing portions; a fixing spring(30), made out of elastic wire; a first positioning unit, for determining the rotation phase of the fixing spring(30); a cover(32), preventing the fixing spring(30) from being deviated; a pressure regulating portion(33a); an operating member, for releasing the fixation of the annular groove and the fixing spring(30); and a second positioning unit.
