PURPOSE: A method for registering an announcement voice of a keyphone system using a network is provided to make a voice file of an announcement voice to transmit the voice file, and to perform an edition process of the processed voice file, thereby registering the announcement voice with high sound quality. CONSTITUTION: A user logs in a keyphone system(S21). The keyphone system performs a procedure for authenticating the user(S22). If the user is authenticated, the keyphone system transmits an authentication signal to a computer. If the user transmits a voice file to the keyphone system, a voice file receiver receives the voice file(S23) and stores the voice file in temporary file type. The voice file receiver informs a file processor that the received voice file is stored as a temporary file(S24). The file processor converts the file by using a pulse code modulation method, and transmits the modulated file to a VMIB(Voice Mail Interface Board) processor(S25). The VMIB processor converts the modulated file into compressed voice data, and stores the voice data in a flash memory(S26).
