PURPOSE: An authentication tool repeat service system between mobile communication terminals and its method are provided to transmit a corresponding authentication tool to another mobile communication terminal through user authentication. CONSTITUTION: The authentication tool repeat service system(30) includes a control part(330). A user management and authentication unit(302) stores and manages mobile communication terminal user related information in a database(340) according to the control of the control part. A random number and certificate request unit(304) requests the mobile communication terminal to encrypt a public key and to transmit it. A user service profile request and search unit(306) requests a subscriber service profile and then stores it in the database. A virtual subscriber identification number extraction unit(308) extracts a subscriber identification number from the subscriber service profile and then extracts a virtual subscriber identification number using the extracted subscriber identification number. A random and virtual subscriber identification number decoding and verification unit(310) decodes the random number and the certificate by a private key and then extracts the virtual subscriber identification number from the decoded certificate. An electronic signature request/generation and verification unit(312) requests the mobile communication terminal to transmit the private key with electronic signature, and verifies the electronic signature using the public key. A public key extraction unit(314) extracts the public key by decoding the encrypted certificate. A private key decoding unit(316) decodes the encrypted private key using a private key.
