PURPOSE: An extruding device for cutting a sedimentary layer is provided to bore, extrude and cut off a sedimentary layer easily, and to improve the accuracy on works. CONSTITUTION: The extruding device for cutting a sedimentary layer(1) contains: a base plate(10); a fixing block(60) provided with a guide rail(65) penetrated vertically and a gear housing connected with the guide rail(65), and coupled to the upper side of the base plate(10); an extruder composed of a rack bar(30) limited to the guide rail(65) and moved vertically, a pressure bar(40) coupled to be extended horizontally to the lower end of the rack bar(30), a pinion gear attached to the gear housing to be engaged with the rack bar(30), and a rotary knob(50) connected with the pinion gear by a shaft to control the vertical movement of the rack bar(30); and a loading-fixing unit(20) fixed to the outside of a boring bar(100).
