PURPOSE: A method for alarming call connection feasibility in a mobile communication network is provided to transmit a message indicating that a call connection is feasible to an originator when a mobile terminal is converted into a call reception feasible state in case of being received a call request while power of the mobile terminal is turned off, thereby inducing a call. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber of a mobile terminal registers in an alarm message supplying service(S200). A password and a telephone number list required for providing an alarm message are stored in a database interworked with a service management server(S210). If the mobile terminal is powered off or is in inactive state(S220), an announcement broadcasting signal is delivered when an originator requests a call(S230). The service management server decides whether an MIN(Mobile Identification Number) of the mobile terminal is included in the pre-registered telephone number list(S240). If so, the server receives a telephone number of the mobile terminal(S250). If the mobile terminal is in call connection feasible state, the server transmits an alarm message showing that the mobile terminal is activated(S260,S270).
