The over cap (17) for safety non-refillable covers comprises a hollow cylindrical body (1) with a lower open base (15') and an upper base (16') partially closed. It has ample side apertures which extend from the proximity of the lower edge to the upper base, determining intermediate zones of the lateral surface of the over cap distributed regularly between the apertures, there existing a partial covering tongue (15) of the upper base liable to breakage for freeing the overcap for the purposes of its extraction, permitting the opening of the safety cover.
