PURPOSE: A mixer circuit in which an even order distortion noise and a DC offset are restrained is provided so that only a desired baseband signal is included in an output signal and a local frequency signal component is not included in the output signal. CONSTITUTION: A dividing unit(501) divides an RF(Radio Frequency) input signal into the first and second signals having 180° phase difference. A local oscillator(503) generates a local frequency signal. The first mixer(507) mixes the first signal with the local frequency signal. The second mixer(509) mixes the second signal with the local frequency signal. A subtractor(511) subtracts the output signal of the second mixer(509) from the output signal of the first mixer(507).
