PURPOSE: A thermoplastic elastomeric graft polymer composition and a thermoplastic molded product containing a polymer obtained from the composition are provided, to improve thermal stability, impact strength, coloring property and latex stability. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises each rubber monomer selected from the group consisting of a diene-based rubber, an alkyl acrylate-based rubber, an EPDM rubber based on ethylene, propylene and diene and their mixtures; a monomer grafted to the rubber monomer; and a polymer-type reactive emulsifier. Preferably the polymer-type reactive emulsifier has 0.9-1 unsaturated double bond capable of copolymerizing with a monomer at a polymer main chain or a its terminal, and the polymer main chain is an acrylate monomer or acrylic acid-type monomer, or their block or alternating polymer and has an average molecular weight of 3,000-10,000.
