PURPOSE: Seat cushion structure for a vehicle is provided to control passenger's behavior to make passenger's head of a driver's seat bump against the upper end of a rim where the head's injured degree is low, in a high-speed collision and satisfy 30MPH head-on collision regulations of an NCAP(New Car Assessment Program) even in a specification in which an air bag is not mounted to a driver's seat. CONSTITUTION: Seat cushion structure for a vehicle comprises a solenoid(6) driven according to the control of an ECU(Electronic Control Unit,4) by a signal of a collision sensor(2), in a vehicle collision; a gear device operating according to the drive of the solenoid; and a piece(10) mounted to the front end part of a seat cushion(12). The piece is projected to the upper side of the seat cushion according to the operation of the gear device.
