The combined impulse bicycle has a connection unit (3) arranged on a frame (1) between a handlebar and a trapezium (4), where the trapezium is linked to an intermediate mechanism.The intermediate mechanism is connected to the frame for the connecting rods (6) and the parallel cranks (7). The intermediate mechanism is connected with a pinion (9) through a chain (8),where the pinion is provided for carrying a bicycle plate (10). The parallel pedals (11) are provided supportive to the pinion and the plate. A handle (2) is attached to the frame through a fixed bar (20) rotating with bicycle.
